AT 4&20 WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT BAKING NATURALLY LEAVENED BREADS, INSPIRED BY THE LOST TRADITIONS OF HOW BREAD WAS ORIGINALLY CRAFTED.
To bake our bread we use three ingredients, organic flour, sea salt and filtered water and then we add love and integrity. We use fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients as much as possible and everything is made from scratch.
Every 4&20 loaf is molded by hand, naturally leavened and baked on the hearth using specially designed European baking equipment that replicates the brick ovens of yesteryear.
The result is a loaf of bread that is light in texture, easy to digest, strong in natural flavors, a chewy crust and it maintains key nutrients and has great keeping qualities – In a word, delicious!
